TEAR THEM DOWN gründeten sich 2010 in Göteborg, Schweden. Mit Hunderten von Shows in ganz Europa und einer Tour in Japan sind sie eine gut geölte Punkrock-Maschine, die nicht aufzuhalten ist. Ob große oder kleine Shows, sie werden sie alle spielen und diese Einstellung hat sie von Einkaufszentren, Squats und Trailerparks zu Festivals und großen Clubs geführt und auf dem Weg dorthin haben sie für Bands wie Sick of it All und Zeke den Abend eröffnet. Vor Dystopian Beats haben sie vier EP´s und ein Full-Length-Album veröffentlicht, die schon für die ersten Ausrufezeichen in der Szene gesorgt haben.

Mit dem Album „Dystopian Beats“ melden sich die vier Schweden nun endlich zurück.
„Wir lieben den Sound auf diesem neuen Album wirklich“, sagt Gitarrist und Sänger Viktor. „Als Oskar 2018 zur Band kam und wir die EP „No Sleep ´Til Aröd“ aufgenommen haben, hatten wir das Gefühl, dass wir etwas auf der Spur waren. Bei dieser Platte kam alles zusammen. Es ist eine großartige Weiterentwicklung der „No Sleep“ EP und eine Entwicklung in eine Richtung, die alle Jungs in der Band wirklich mögen. Definitiv mehr Old-School-Punk-Sound im Vergleich zu unseren älteren Songs und wir können es kaum erwarten, diese Sachen live zu spielen!

„Dystopian Beats“ erscheint mit einem hochwertig gestalteten Comic auf der Innenhülle. 100 LPs in „Blau transparent mit schwarzen Schlieren“, 200 Lps in Schwarz. Jeweils mit DLC.

TEAR THEM DOWN was founded in 2010 in Gothenburg, Sweden. With hundreds of shows across Europe and a tour in Japan. The band is a well-oiled punk rock machine that is unstoppable. Big or small shows, they'll play them all and that attitude has taken them from shopping malls, squats and trailer parks to festivals and big clubs. Along the way they opened shows for bands like Sick of it All and Zeke. Before Dystopian Beats, they released four EPs and a full-length album, which already caused the first marks in the scene.
The four Swedes are finally back with the album “Dystopian Beats”.

"We really love the sound on this new album," says guitarist and singer Viktor. “When Oskar joined the band in 2018 and we recorded the EP“ No Sleep'Til Aröd ”, we had the feeling that we were on to something. It all came together on this record. It's a great advancement of the “No Sleep” EP and a development in a direction that all the guys in the band really like. Definitely more old school punk sound compared to our older songs and we can't wait to play these things live!
